Q. Which airlines do you use?

A. It depends on your destination, budget and airline preference. We work with a number of airlines to provide the client with a variety of travel options.

Q. Do I cater for my own meals?

A. We offer packages on full board basis, half board, bed and breakfast or room only depending on availability and the inclusions agreed upon. You can purchase meals at the hotel or in a restaurant outside.

Q. Can I travel outside your package dates?

A. Yes! We offer both pre- designed and tailor-made travel packages. You can select your desired travel dates, destination, travel buddies and we will bring the dream to life.

Q. Do I have to share a room if I’m traveling alone?

A. If it’s a solo trip, you will most definitely be taking up a single room, unless you choose to stay in a shared hostel room (which we do not book or recommend). If you are a part of our group trips, you can choose to share a room with another solo traveler of the same sex or pay the single room supplement to take up your own room.

Q. Which kind of hotels are we staying in?

A. We book 3*, 4* or 5* hotels based on your preferences or availability.

Q. Do you really offer all inclusions as you state in your packages?

A. As a company, we always strive to deliver everything as promised to the client & those who have travelled with us can testify to even getting value for money.

Q. Are Covid tests still necessary?

A. Majority of destinations no longer require covid tests or proof of vaccination for entry. This varies from destination to destination so it is important to keep updated with entry requirements.

Q. Do I always have to move with the group throughout the trip?

A. After the indicated tours for the day, you are free do whatever you want with your free time i.e shopping, exploring the city by yourself etc. You are not tied to the rest of the group every moment of the trip.

Q. What if I don’t have a passport?

A. You need to have a valid passport in order to travel to almost all destinations outside the country. We can advise you on how to go about the passport application process but passports are issued by the government.

Q. If we are travelling as a couple or a family, do we get a discount?

A. The bigger the group the lower the cost of the trip per person, due to the shared costs like transportation and various group offers.

Q. What are the modes of payment?

A. Payments can be made in cash at the office, via the Bank, Mobile money, with a credit/debit card via POS machine or online.

Q. Do I need insurance for my trip?

A. Insurance is mandatory for some destinations and optional for some. We advise you to always purchase travel insurance to cover you in case of anything.

Q. Do you organize our movements when we go for a trip?

A. For every tour included on a package, we provide transport to and from the hotel. A car at disposal can also be arranged during your trip if required, at an additional cost.

Q. Do you handle large groups?

A. We are great with group tours and can handle groups of up to 100 or more; be it schools, companies or groups of individual travelers.

Q. Can you organize pilgrimages?

A. We do not independently organize pilgrimages but partner with a few companies to deliver amazing holy land experiences to our clients.

Q. What destinations are best for couples/honeymoon?

A. Honeymoons are best when suited to the couple’s preferences e.g nature/ beach/ adventure lovers. Some of the popular honeymoon destinations include Zanzibar, Maldives, Mombasa, Seychelles, Bali, South Africa, Dubai among others.

Q. When is the best time to enjoy a safari in Uganda?

A. The best time to enjoy safaris is during the dry season which usually has lowest chances of rainfall running from Dec – Feb & Jun – July. Please note that climate change can alter these seasons so it’s always advisable to stay updated.

Q. Where can I see the Big 5 in Uganda?

A. You can see 4 of the big 5 in Murchison falls national park and see the 5th at Ziwa rhino sanctuary en-route the park. These can also be spotted in Queen Elizabeth National park.
