• Booking: You can book travel services through our Website, by phone, whatsapp or email. To confirm your booking, we may require a deposit or full payment depending on the specific service and supplier.
• Payment: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All transactions can be processed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) or US Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank.

Cancellations and Changes

• Cancellations by You: You may cancel your booking at any time. Cancellation fees will apply according to the specific service provider’s cancellation policy. We will advise you of these fees at the time of booking.
• Cancellations by Us: In rare cases, we may be forced to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances or supplier issues. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or alternative travel arrangements.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen events like trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. Victory Travel Centre can offer you travel insurance options, but you are not obligated to purchase it through us.

Disclaimer of Liability

Victory Travel Centre acts as an intermediary and does not assume liability for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers. We will strive to provide accurate information and services, but cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays caused by factors beyond our control. We also disclaim any liability for consequential or incidental damages arising from your travel experience.

Force Majeure
